Manage Your Invitations Online

We offer a FREE online and secure party invitation system when you book a party entertainment package with us. Your party planning space is only accessible to you.

This allows you to electronically invite your guests, track RSVPs and for you to send messages to your guests. Or you can just print off your own customised invites.

Please note that neither Really Grand Events nor its partners have access to your invitation workspace or password, all your party and guest details are secured and are private to you only!

We can only view the email address for any of your guests that OPT IN to future special offers and updates from Really Grand Events.

So how does our free Online Invitation System work?

  1. When you book a party with us, we set you up as the party host and the system sends you an email with your own access and login details.
  2. You create your party event.
  3. You pick your invitation template. You can chose from the following, depending on which party package you order: 
    • Magic Show
    • Mad Professor Fun Science Show
    • Puppet Show
    • Kids Bingo
    • Kids Karaoke
    • Circus Skills
    • Elsa Party
    • Princess Party
    • Kids Disco
    • and a “Super Fun Party” invite for all other packages.
  4. You add your guests emails should you wish to manage and track RSVPs electronically otherwise you can just print off the customised invites.
  5. You can even stay in touch with your guests through the system, should you wish to.
  6. And finally you can send your guests a thank you note, after the dust has settled.

We also include a 60 second video tutorial, should you need any help. This video link will be on your host email that we send you.
